Does anybody know if I'm allowed to be represented by a solicitor at a First Tier DWP Tribunal? I was going to go by myself but have recently had a tailbone injury which means I'm in constant pain and don't think I'm able to speak for myself now.

You are allowed to be represented but may not get legal aid for a solicitor to represent you.

A law centre, advice centre or CAB may be able to provide free help.
