    hi to cut a long story short i have had a ccj arrive today from parking eye for not paying in a hospital car park my daughter was floppy and bleeding from ear i dumped car in free for 20mins bay i was longer had no money as it was midnight. now after complaing sunderland hospital have wiped the charge off but the process is still going trough what do i do now i have applied for the 28 days extension to sort my defence out ?

    Have you got it in writing that the hospital have cancelled the charge? If so send a copy of it to pe and ask why they are now attempting to take you to court.

      not in writing i spoke to the complaints department of hospital today give him my details and he says he will cancel the charge but because parking eye already applied for ccj he cannot do anything about that

          If you can. My guess is you'll get an offer to drop it for £50 which is complete b0llocks.

          You should continue with the required actions for the court claim in case they try to be sneaky.
