I would give them a medal, and then phycologicaly evaluate them...Its hard enough when your ill but to put yourself through the DWP/Atos crap for just finacial gain when your not ill...they must be insane, or a genious...survival of the fittest even,a medal or lock em up?

And Silver said its all cobblers...well I dont think so, because I got my assessment thanks to my MP getting involved, Atos just stamped it through to shut him up is how i see it...The assesser who said I need a Doc said its because I have a central nervous system condition and until now no one had noticed that in my file and ticked the right box that said only a Doc can assess...Anyway...I get my MRI scan results this afternoon ,from a neuroligist (1st neuroligist I`ve seen in 2 years of neuro problems, thanks to incompatent NHS)...so I hopefully will get diagnosed, and then have something to offer in the way of evidence to Atos.

Sorry my post is not thread related...but...I just need to tell...Found out today I need another mri scan, it seems my neuro surgeon failed to do a simple 2 second test that indicates thoradic spinal problems...One day I will get the help I need, shame its day 532 already since I first went to A&E...should be about day 600 I finaly will be able to rest my curious brain to what is wrong with me...and then sue them and Atos...they are all incompatent ,uncaring negligent Ba**erds... IMO.

I never said "its all cobblers" I said what they told you was cobblers I am still suspicious they were telling porkies . If what they told you was true why do people who have been diagnosed with MS,Parkinsons,Brain tumors etc and have medical evidence get assessed by nurses and physiotherapists? As far as I am aware any HCP can assess a claimant regardless of their illness/disability.A friend of mine has MS she had her WCA assessment with a nurse another friend has Fibromialger he had his with a physiotherapist. If you include enough evidence with your ESA 50 you may not even need a WCA the DM decides your award which is a person with no medical qualifications at all. I didn't have a WCA and I was placed in the support group of ESA.

You state you have no diagnoses and no evidence to offer ATOS that is why you were being tested to see how you coped. Its because you had nothing to back you up they are a devious bunch. Why do you think people are observed parking their vehicles and walking to the building where their assessment is being held, why do you think lifts or toilets are far too frequently out of order. These are deliberate actions to make things as difficult as possible to see how people cope and you are being observed constantly they even plant people in the waiting rooms. If a claimant can sit for an extended period waiting for a WCA this can be and has been used against them for a WCA hence why they do it.This is why they ask who does the shopping, gardening who walks the dog and so forth they even note how clean your home is on home visits.Even though I included documentation for my wet room adaptation with my DLA application the doctor still asked to use the toilet he didn't need to go he wanted to see if I was telling the truth.
As I said before even people with consultants backing them up are failing the WCA and have to appeal hence why the Government wanted to charge people if they wish to appeal.

I really hope you get a diagnoses soon and get the medical help and benefits award you deserve.

I get ya silver ,and im with ya...But my case, I suppose is a bit different to most, hopefully all what with the negligence...as I am yet to be diagnosed after so long,no one but a doctor can say if what I say makes sense or not...is how i see it...To a nurse I could say anything,as proven I think in my PIP assessment...She just wrote down what I said, which was the truth btw...Where as a doctor, I guess he would know if my symptoms (problems) are to do with my condition and for what I am being investigated for...if my symptoms are not , then I guess he should recomend a GP visit immediatly...but I guess from what I hear from Atos`s track record ...it will be a BS`ter tick in box ,and no GP recomendation for further investigation.

Finally after a 30 week wait I am awarded ESA support group...was on £71 a week and now will recieve £121...with a fat back dated payment...PIP was refused but my GP and myself know I will get as I am a perfect candidate, awaiting MR phone call...Now I Can finally eat and afford to leave the house, after 30 weeks its surprising I now dont suffer a fear of socialising or just going out ,I know my credit rating will not recover anytime soon but with money for food I hopefully will.
