  • Pls Help! Motor insurance refused indemnity

    Hi

May the blessed ones help me in the right direction...

I was involved in a car accident with a relatives car and I was at fault...
The passengers in my car were interviewed... The insurance company's representatives say that due to "conflicts in statements" they believe that the accident is not genuine...

If i was at their place maybe I wud think the same but they seem to see everyone as a fraudster these days...

The interviews were held just after 3 MONTHS and during this time humans can forget especially when they were are taken out of the blue moon...

I asked for what the discrepancies were amd I was denied information...

The third party's solicitor has taken the case to court...

We just had a case management conference and another due in july...

How do i get out of the accusation... They have been unfair to me...

And how do I get the conflicting statements so that I can reply to...

    No one is representing me....

    Many thanks bless...

    Greetings Sam,

First thing that springs to mind is there legal expenses cover on the insurance policy?

Do you have legal expenses cover on any other insurance policy?

You really need legal representation on this
If you think nobody cares if you're alive, try missing a couple of payments.

My daughter was driving around a roundabout turning right, an old lady in a car going straight on cut across her and she pushed my daughters car over onto the roundabout. The insurance said that it was only 'heresay' about who was at fault and decided on a 50/50. Through no fault of my daughter, she has been lemoned now with a bigger policy. Scumbags are ripping us off.

I had an accident in Jan 2010, in thick ice, when I was attempting to slowly, repeat slowly, pass a parked trailer in a residential road at 0545 hrs. The car went straight on, at an angle and collided with the trailer, no damage to trailer but the trailer bar went through grill into radiator. Result: write off and totally MY fault! Rip off. Apparently the ice on an untreated main road, was not there.

I fear that due to the huge increase generally in insurance fraud, and also in vehicle insurance fraud, we are all now being tarred with the same brush and the few have given the majority a bad name. It seems we are almost presumed guilty until you can prove innocence.

Sadly I know there is a vast amount of genuine motor insurance fraud as one of our friends is one of the top people in the industry.
