  • Ishimaru V Lowell Financial/Portfolio

    Hello all,

I think I should probably make my own thread as a paper trail is beginning to develop. Lowell are after me for Empire and Shop Direct. I have sent letters that Curlyben had referred me to.

I sent the CCA request letter to them and they said that they are awaiting the documents from the original creditors.

Also I haven't heard from them by phone and they have said that they have removed my phone number from there records and they seem to acknowledge that no debt recovery action can take place.

    Interesting...

    Success!

They have closed both the accounts and I now owe them nothing! The original creditors no longer have the CCA's!

Many thanks for the help, if it wasn't for you I'd have paid them for nothing it would seem.

So thats 2 more for Legal Beagles

    Thanks again!

      Brilliant! Well done you xxx
"Although scalar fields are Lorentz scalars, they may transform nontrivially under other symmetries, such as flavour or isospin. For example, the pion is invariant under the restricted Lorentz group, but is an isospin triplet (meaning it transforms like a three component vector under the SU(2) isospin symmetry). Furthermore, it picks up a negative phase under parity inversion, so it transforms nontrivially under the full Lorentz group; such particles are called pseudoscalar rather than scalar. Most mesons are pseudoscalar particles." (finally explained to a captivated Celestine by Professor Brian Cox on Wednesday 27th June 2012 )

They did the same to me, trying to scam me for over 10 thousand pounds for an old Abbey credit card. Like in your case, they could not find the original CCA and eventually closed the account.

Basically, they "try it on" by demanding money to which they are not entitled, knowing that some people will feel intimidated into paying huge amounts of money. Nice people......
          Thanks!
