    You'd bring it up with the Judge, via defence, statement or application, who have the option to apply sanctions.

    Is this a claimants solicitor against you ?

      They are defendants and want to avoid giving proper disclosure as they know the info will hurt them!

          No Orders yet. Likely to go to Chancery it Interpret an agreement between parties - they have ignored a notice under 31.14.

            You could make an application for compliance with the 31.14 request. Were the documents asked for mentioned in a statement of case?
