    Hello,

    I am a Scottish citizen so Scots law applied here. I am requesting these documents from a DCA I would like to know where in the laws state they have to supply these documents:-

    -Proof of Debt validation (actual accounting)
    -Verification of claim against me (sworn affidavit hand signed invoice in accordance with The Bills of Exchange Act (1882)
    -Signed contract by both parties
    -True and certified copy (not photocopy) Original note (Credit Agreement)
    -Confirmation that this Original Note has NEVER been sold
    -Confirmation of individual who is authorized representative from your company
    -Confirmation of actions of individual in relation to this account
    -Proof of (company) has the legal and lawful right to enforce collection (Proof of agency)
    -Proof of License from FSA/FCA
    -CPR 31.14 (Inspection of documents)

    Are there any more documents I should be asking for? No court claim as of yet, but got a threatening letter through from DCA.
