Council Interview under Caution

I have received notification from the Council they wish to interview me under Caution regarding a propertys' use and planning status.

Please advise what is the protocol;

Do i have to go?

Best not to comment so don't incriminate myself etc...?

Best to go you can refuse to answer anything you may feel will incriminate you not going may be worse.
