    Solowka
    Needs a good binding agent
    Have you tried Unibond PVA?

Or might loperamide hydrochloride be more appropriate?

Blimey, cyanoacrylate is as far as I've progressed with sticky stuff. But 'No More Nails' seems to have earned some good reviews over the past 2 millenia, I believe.

Seriously (google it, Sol...) WHERE are you proposing to cast the vote ? If it is just shouting abuse from the Public Gallery, then get some voice training, first, as I'm not too sure that such ejaculations are allowed to be entered in Hansard - or any other Parliamentary receptor, for that matter !!!:bounce:

          Re: Vote of no confidence

I think what would be more appropriate here would be for you all to get together and write a formal letter titled "Formal letter of vote of no confidience against xxxxxx (managers name)"

Then include in the body of the letter the reason as to why you have no confidence in the manager and at the bottom you need a declaration such as "We the undersigned, have read and agree what is stated above and each give a vote of no confidence against mr manager" Then get all involved to sign the letter and then hand it in to the Higher Management.

But to be perfectly honest with you, you have no power to issue such a vote of no confidence, as only a board of directors really have that power. So all your letter will do will raise your concerns about the manager with the higher management. So why not all write a grievance letter each about the manager and hand it in, that way proper grievance procedures will kick in and the company will have to investigate your claims.

Plus just to add - If any of my staff were to write such a letter of no confidence about any managers or other employees, i would honestly see it as nothing but petty and disrespectful attitude from those who signed such letter. I would also see it as a simple ganging up on the employee/manager in question and the undermining of both my authority and that of the empoyee/manager in question whom i had given such authority too. Now i accept we all do not agree with the way things are run or manage, but if doing it that way is what makes a company efficient, productive and successful then whether you like it or not, thats the way it will continue, if it was down to me - Though i would be fair about it. You would be much better off writing formal individual grievance letters each and handing them in instead of using a formal vote of no confidence letter - as atleast then you would be showing that your willing to follow proper channels of grievances and therefore acting responsibly. Off course you could all counter sign the same grievance letter rather than each having to write one.
