Hi all,
This is my first post and i'm hoping i'm in the correct section. It relates to a PCP agreement with a Mercedes A Class. Basically what i'm wondering is in what circumstances is it possible to terminate a PCP agreement early without incurring fees. I appreciate that this is possible after paying back more than half of the amount but i've had poor service from Mercedes during the first year of my agreement and would like to hand it back now. Obviously i've got detailed info on the experience i've had but just wanted to gauge how easy it is before boring everyone with the issues. I'm not hopeful and know that i'll likely have to hang onto the car for a further year.
Any advice or guidance would be great.
Thanks

I had Mercedes Benz cars for years wonderful car until 2000, after my last e class I would never own or recommend them to anyone, all you are paying for is the badge.

Hi. in law it's the contract that both parties sign that matters but that does not effect your rights. Your experience of poor service will probably be part of the manufacturer's warranty not your hire contract. I worked in the motor trade and my experience of Mercedes Benz dealerships is terrible. Before I retired I delivered new vehicles of all makes for Lex Leasing and I can tell you if you want a reliable vehicle with great customer service go to Honda. Honda vs Mercedes Honda wins every time on service, reliability and customer care/satisfaction.
