  • Claim of Credit Card Charges - Barclaycard

    Hi There,

I am constructing a letter to have some £12.00 Credit Card Charges refunded. We're only talking 3 or 4. But I'm a bit cheesed off as they are all Overlimit Charges that have been applied once a statement has been generated and Purchase Interest Applied. Thus often taking the Outstanding Balance just that tiny bit over. BAM £12.00 Please!!

I am aware about asking for an additional statutory interest rate of 8% on top of the £12.00 Charge. However what is the process if the Interest Rate on the Barclaycard is 29.99% APR? (I have the Barclaycard Initial Visa)

Or is there a different calculation of Interest I need to do?

    Thanks

    Shark
