  • please help me

hi all need some advice on a bailiff issue i had a bailiff call a few weeks back and i stupidly let him in to my house as he made me feel that i had no choice he leved on a few things a table and chairs cupboard and a microwave...
now i was just wondering if they can go upstairs and into my childrens rooms as i have been told that they cant but am unsure how true this is....
also can they re levey on other things if they come back as they are threatening to do so as i have not been able to keep up the repayments and their charges keep going up and up so far they have added around £300

    Hello Totty,

What kind of debt is this and who is the bailiff company?

No, they cannot take items belonging to your children and they must not take essential items such as bedding.

Have a read of this thread Bailiff Guide - Legal Beagles it will help to make issues clearer and hopefully set your mind at rest at least a little and if you can answer the above questions that will help greatly.

      Totty,
First of all I hope you and your family are ok, I'm sure as Amy said they cant take essentiel things and go near your childrens rooms.

Please let us know hat the bailiffs are for and then someone will be able to advise.

My thoughts are with you as I know this must be very stressful for you.
