    Popla appeal unsuccessful

    Hi guys.
    In need of some advice.
    I went to scs to buy a new sofa and carpet and received a pcn for over staying by 21mins.
    I now understand I should have come here before I appealed. But I am where I am and I need to get this sorted.
    If some one can guide me to the right place. I will send a details report of where I stand with this so far.
