someone put my name without my consent

i was renting a room for 6 months all incl.4 person lived in the house .i find out i got a thames water letter with my name and bill.
please advise my who responsivvle to pat the bill

You need to look at your tenancy agreement. This might include a provision for you to be liable for some bills.
Did you rent the room direct from the landlord or from a main tenant? If you aren't liable then it should devolve to the landlord.
