    Re: Welcome julesbon70

I have an issue over bank charges:noidea:
I made a claim for charges via court and as like many my case has been stayed, the Amount is roughly£4000.
Since making the claim I am getting constant bank charges unauthorised overdraft fees, which is starting too annoy me.
I have also been using my credit card as a kind of fall back for cash if short at the end of the month,if the above charges were not applied each month I feel I would not have too use the credit card, can I claim under the hardship rule???????
And one last thing I think banks should not be allowed too let you go into unauthorised overdraft limits .

      Hi Jules,
Here is a link about hardship rules http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...ead.php?t=9786

Have a read through and see if you think you qualify for it.
If you do then start a thread in the Hardship forum http://www.legalbeagles.info/forums/...play.php?f=106

You will be asked lots of questions, as it is not as straight forward as it may seem. Please have a read of other's hardship claims.

If you don't think you qualify, then start a thread in the forum for the bank you are making your claim against.
Hope this helps for now Enaid x
