      That stinks!:yell:
..And then they complain ‘coming over here, taking our jobs’:blah:sounds to me that an epileptic hyena with a trowel up his a**e could take this fella’s job; and do it better. The problem is the person engaging these morons at the housing association just books the job and sods off home. They don’t care because it’s coming out of some ‘budget’ that only has a bottom when the tenant needs something. Most tradesmen reckon they have it made once they get a contract with a H.A (that stands for housing association not half assed!) We rent privately from a large estate. We had one plumber who put in two hot taps saying ‘when you burn yourself you’ll know which is which!’ He left at great speed followed by two airborne hot taps. He told me if I complained to the agent who manages the estate he would simply say he was on holiday every time we needed something done.
Were still here, we have a new plumber, he is off the books.:heh:

An optimist is someone who falls off the Empire State Building, and after 50 floors says, 'So far so good'!
