Help!

Guys I need some help. I’ve recently taken our car finance with a company. It has not yet been three months however I am having issues with the breaks. I have returned the car twice to have the issue fixed however there is still a problem with the break. I do a 80mile round trip just to take the car back to the dealership. Is there anyway I could either terminate my contract with them due to thor issues or ask for a different car? Any advice would be great.
