  • Parking eye (parking charge notice) Help

I just got a letter from parking eye today and it is £100!!! for 10 mins over stay that is debatable, due to them stating the start time was as i drove into the car park and not the time on my ticket.
could some one please help me with the appeal as i have never had a parking charge before and am not sure what to do as i think the fine is unfair.
any help would be great info below...
    date of event(17/10/2015)
    date issued (23/10/2015)
    arrival time (20:52:50)
    departure time (23:03:06)
i had a ticket for 2 hours with (21:00) printed as the start time. i no longer have this ticket
i payed £3 for the ticket
so all in all i was at most 3 mins late getting out and surely the 10 mins grace period would cover me for this?
this was in green close lane car park loughborough.
they have anpr cameras that just show my headlights and number plate and date and time but nothing else due to it being dark.

any help would be appreciated thanks.

Re: Parking eye (parking charge notice) Help

    Dear Sirs,

I, as registered keeper, wish to invoke your appeals process. The driver purchased a ticket for £3 and did not exceed the 2 hour PARKING limit . I note your notice to keeper is fundamentally flawed when compared to PoFA 2012 schedule 4 para 9 in several aspects .

Should you reject my appeal please supply a popla code.

    Yours etc

If popla is need let me know.
