  • Parking outside the naked bay

hi I’m in need of help really not sure what to do. I parked in a UKPC run car park in Crawley leisure and it was quite busy and I parked in the firs bay I came to but the car in the space next to it was over into the bay I was parking in by approximately 10inches so had to park over the line by some way to allow my 4 year old son out of the car and went to the cinema and came out to a ticket on my windscreen but the car that caused me to park out the bay was still there with no ticket on there car. I appealed the ticket and missed the e mail they sent me and I forgot about it and received a letter today from a debt collector company demanding £160. I then checked and found the email saying I lost the appeal on the 20th April

    what should I do

    thanks
