On the first two occasions you asked for your contract did you request this in writing? If so then refer to the dates of those letters in the current letter, if you asked for your contract verbally again refer to the dates and the person you spoke to requesting this document.

If you have been employed by the agency on a permanent contract (under Swedish Derogation) it would mean that after 12 weeks with the hiring company, you would not be entitled to the same pay for a “comparable employee” as if you had been recruited directly.

If you are an agency worker and have been working for the hiring company for 12 weeks continuously then you can ask for confirmation that you are receiving the same basic conditions of employment as if you had been directly employed by the hirer on day one of the assignment, specifically:

    · pay - including any fee, bonus, commission, or holiday pay relating to the assignment. It does not include redundancy pay, contractual sick pay, and maternity, paternity or adoption pay

    · working time rights - for example, including any annual leave above what is required by law.
If you would like a one-to-one expert consultation with me on your employment issue than I can be contacted by emailing admin@legalbeaglesgroup.com

I do my best to provide good practical advice, however I do so without liability.
If you have any doubts then do please seek professional legal advice.

Hi been a while but know plucked up courage to speak to employer about Agency worker Regs and
equal pay and rights they say the have a grading system but none of the company workers know anything about my starting grade 97 this is not an engineering qualification just something i believe they have put in place to pay agency workers less when we do the same jobs if not more and don't go off for chat for half hour. I have also had a problem with
overtime not being correct I was expecting double time for Sundays they say my wage £9.35 is made up of £8.50
and a £1.25 shift allowance I have checked my contract and the guidelines for workers booklets only just made them give me it after several emails asking for it there is no mention of how the wage is made up and no emails from them say this we had a pay rise of 25p this was not bought up in it. hope someone understands what I am asking and would be very grateful for your response i am on a contract for services my contract says but i don't have and when asked the don't send it. know been there since 2.5.17 so not very temporary
