Hello,
I recieved a court claim form dated 26 Sept from Activ Kapital solicitors, the debt was an mbna credit card. The amount was actually two cards that mbna lumped together and i didn't agree to this (i don't know if this is important).
I have received my cca (looks like a screen print). Can someone please tell me what my options are, and what to do next ? Do i have a defense ? TBH its all a bit worrying.
