Bit nervous about this one as it is main joint account for household bills.
Sent SAR, statements received quite quickly, prelim sent, letter received within 14 days saying they were looking into the complaint but needed 8 weeks to investigate fully.
Sent LBA after 14 days, another similar letter received.
Was a bit busy so didn't get round to filing a court claim, received letter 8 weeks after Prelim offering £150 short of full claim, to be honest, still busy, needed the money so agreed to accept - sorry!
