Hi Lori....YES YES YES......3 credits in my son's account today, adding up to exactly amount of claim....My son is absolutely delighted (so am I, means I'll get back what he owes me!) only 26 days from deemed served..Hope this gives hope to others., GOOD LUCK with yours and thanks for your help on CAG in the early stages xxx

Hi....OK posted success on relevant thread. Since filing at court my son has had another £300 taken in bank charges in the last two months. I will write to Nationwide thanking them for settlement, also asking politely for refund of recent charges. Or here we go again , Round Two!
