Hi I am new to the forum and would appreciate any advice.

I successfully made a claim for the daily living part of PIP standard rate, I did not get the mobility part of PIP. I asked for mandatory reconsideration and they refused again but had looked at the daily living part again and said i was still entitled to that.
I decided to appeal the mobility part at courts and tribunal and today have received a letter from DWP saying that they have decided I am not entitled to the daily living part now as they feel that because I drive and use a till at work that my hand grip which is 30% of what it should be i am able to prepare a meal and cut food up, which i have to get my daughter to do as i have arthritis at base of both thumbs and causes pain.
I have always said that i drive to work, and that my job is till work (which is putting codes into keyboard, no gripping of anything) why would they suddenly decide after all that im not entitled to it, i feel they have done this as i have appealed.
Can they say twice that im entitled to daily living part and then decide im not?
    Any advice would be great
    Thank you
