    I mean if you could send the business an email that would get to them quicker, but always ask for confirmation as well. If you have details of the Chief executive officer (CEO) or The Manager, I would send to them if you can

          Well hopefully they should get by in the next few days, as Bill mentioned as a matter or urgency, maybe just add such as "no longer than 7 days of the date of this letter, prefably before".

          I can't think of anything to add, looks like our Bill covered all ground here, good luck with this and hope they do get back to you with the response you been waiting for sooner rather than later, fingers crossed. x

                      Hello everyone,Just to give you an update on my Halifax situation. My wife faxed all the documents that you suggested to Halifax ,a fax received note came back in return. That was 4 or 5 weeks ago, The new Doctors certificate was sent to Halifax 7 or 8 weeks ago.To this day we have not heard one word from them,everyday I look for the post,and still nothing. They in their letter on 4 June to us said if we had any new information to let them know ,which we have done,and still no word .I want too give them till Saturday, that makes it almost 2 months since new docs notes were sent to them, If you can advise me further I would be still very gratefull,thankyou.

                        Was this to the Chief Executive officer (CEO) or complaints dept?
                        If not I would email the CEO and raise this up with him.

                          ......as said above, here is the CEO email address, from what I know of they do get back within a day or 2.......(his underhand)....

                          Even though it's unlikely you will hear anything directly from him, but the matter he should forward on to the team to deal with immediately.

                              Hi There, Decided to send email to-day instead of leaving it till next week. I got a reply very quickly. The reply was from a Sabina Akhter Group Executive and Media Complaints.Says she will deal with the department involved. So thanks Di for the address ,and now hopefully things might move on now.
