In actual fact--I think Skyways was suggesting that the Halifax use a lie detector on him in order to confirm he was telling the truth--

Right--new stuff from Skyways






soo----2 issues here:

1-The backdated payment

Skyways has been paid £1,543.57 + £83.90 + £100 = £1,727.47

My SS at POST 238 predicted £1,739.14

Slightly different breakdown--but still within £12----so my reccomendation is go with it

2-The anticipated future payments to 19/2/2018

This is being paid to (as quoted) 15/4/2014
At first glance--I thought this was wrong--but since then, Skyways has told me that Halifax have asked for 6 monthly medical certificates--so Skyways will submit these at appropiate time.


So--there is just the matter of whether you think the £100 compensation was enough--and also whether the £75+£25 in the first attachment above are one and the same

My personal opinion from having dealt directly with you for duration of this saga--is that you have had enough worry and stress and just accept things as is----and consider the saga closed

Congratulations Skyways--you have been an inspiration to us all.

That's all good news then, and yes I can make hidden mitre dovetails, and so can two of my sons.
No flat packs in this family ...... unless they hide them from me

Hi There ,Its been a long tiring road for me and my wife a road we should never have had to take ,in my opinion,but we got there in the longrun, How do you know when someone is telling the truth,you cant unless you know a persons background, so your left with people you have never met,deciding what your character is.But it works both ways I have never met the Beagles before and I knew I had to prove myself to you,but you gave me a fighting chance to justify myself,which I hope I did to you.you kept my spirits high even when I was down.It was a good result,only what we were entitled to,nothing more,and it gives us a bit of security,I have also improved my computer skills,thanks to Turboman,he had documents that I had to learn how to attach files and send as emails,but I gradually got there.Can I say it has been a real pleasure,Turboman, Bill k,Di,,Des 8,Tutssi, and all the Legal Eagles.Thanks to everyone of you. Thanks to the Beagles.I always have a look at your site and remember the battle we had. Good of you to pop back in to wish us all well, Skyways - and I sincerely wish you and yours all well for 2014 - and beyond !!! We're all here in LB for different reasons - but I think I would be right in saying that it is being thanked for helping others that gives us the 'buzz' that we need to keep on keepin' on.
