I would remove the account numbers as well. You never know what bankers are reading.

Just an update for those following the "concealment" angle as opposed to the sums info

Loan 1 Screenshots are in same format as Loans 2-8 screenshots so they have mysteriously been found for Loan 1

ie -- Std Loan Statement Format

    B/f balance + interest - credits = c/f balance (monthly)

Loan 9 CPI Rebate on the 10/03/09 £914.20 States closing balance of £6,644.62 but no idea what the true closing balance will be on this as I have had 3 Default Notices all with differing amounts ?

Right off for a bite to eat, be back in a while

Ok--Checked those against the detailed Calc sheets we got from FOS (Bill & Marshy also have access to these) & everything is in line---so no need to revisit loans 2-8 EVER

Going to look at loan 1 now--

-& then Loan 9 needs looking at by the 3 of us--repost up everything ,if you will, on loan 9, so we have all the attachments in one place re Loan 9--
    • Agreement
    • Screenshots from Co-Op
    • Calc sheet from FOS
    • Default Notes etc
    • Penalties
    • Arrears Summaries
    • Any relevant other letters
Plus the 2010 offer letter-page 1 which contains the redress for loan 9 at the front

Thanks---then we don't have to go hunting in the thread

You are doing really well now PF - keep it up -- we are nearly in the promised land

Thanks PF---Bil Marshy--no need to forward you screenshots--the info we wanted is as above---knocking off for an hour--anaylse this after PF re implications of our sums---but as Marshy anticipated-they've produced another PPI refund out of the woodwork

On Loans 2-9 just send me the figures as above--2 items each loan
