Indeed-- Lets me & Bill Marshy have the weekend on loans 2-9 anyway--& now we can look at proposals for loan 9 restructuring alsowhich we haven't bother to analyse yet-what with us concentrating on the apparent non-rebated loans.

The key to the figures is always the settlement figures--and is where the big sums are refunded + 8% come from.

But--Loan 1 is still where the big discrepancy will be I suspect

It is interesting to note that the fos has had these for over 9 mths and note thought to disclose them to me had they have done this complaint could have been resolved long ago PF

im off to the dentist now so will get these scanned and posted for you this evening

Excellent PF--your confidence & perseverance + Bill's teasing letters have paid dividends--and I gather that Co-op are going to play ball with the DSAR at last

If you either scan them or E-Mail them to me & Marshy (we'll exchange of course cos we work as a team) --we will burn the midnight oil and analyse them

    Well done

They said that they had looked at the figures in conjunction with their calculation specialists, so I don't see how that can be taken as not getting involved? FOS will no doubt refute that part of your letter, unless I'm reading their letter completely wrongly.
