CMC Ombudsman upholds 43% complaints about PPI CMCs

In their first quarter the Financial Ombudsman CMC department has had 117 new cases with 17 referrals to an Ombudsman. 43% were upheld in the consumers favour.

Unfortunately they dont appear to be publishing full details of the complaints or companies involved.
