From 10th July 2018 any agreement entered into for reclaim services should have a maximum commission rate of 20% plus VAT.
Contracts entered into before July 10th 2018 can charge whatever amount you agreed to ( so could be 33% + VAT etc )

If a company tries to sign you up for reclaim services and states their charge above 20% plus VAT you should report them to the claims management regulator.
