  • County Court Claim - Payday Loan

Date the claim was issued from the court....
    9th May 2011

The full Particulars of Claim as detailed on the form....
Unpaid pay day loan. (image attached)

The amount claimed - specify claim figure, solicitors costs and court costs......
    Amount claimed - £241
    Court fee - £25
    Total amount - £266

Please also detail any background to the debt/claim and any other information you feel is relevant.......
I have (after taking advice from another forum) logged in, done the AOS and I am disputing part of the claim and been advised to admit the original loan plus one months interest £100 + £24.

I could not afford even £1 a month so now realise I may have to pay a fee to the court? Is that correct.

I have started the online defence for the part admission but I have reached the part that says "Do you wish to make a counterclaim?" Sorry to sound dumb but do I??

Any other advice would be great??
