Hi
I received a claim form back in January. My defence was based on having no documents. I sent off for and CCA.
I now have a copy of an agreement with no it's and c's.
The particulars mentioned amongst other things a default notice, which i have not received simply an arrears notice.
Should I re request compliant documents?
