We had an IVA which that started in 2008, manged to clear in 2012 and came it off our Credit Files in 2014.
I found some old paperwork during a clear out a few weeks ago and one was re an Egg loan which clearly showed they'd added PPI.
I've contacted Canada Square (who were formerly Egg) and they've acknowledge my complaint should be upheld, but they're saying 20% of the award will be forwarded to Apex Credit Management (who took on our egg loan as part of IVA) as our account is still open.
Whilst I'm cock-a-hoop re funds we'd get, I can't see how a debt that's been finalised via IVA can still be an active account and therefore 20% of the money should go to ACM.
If anyone can advise it'd be greatly appreciated.
