Think money !!

Hi a few weeks ago l posted bout my claim for getting my so called 14.50 management fee from think money to me that is still a bank charge for using the card.
Had the ombudsman look into it they told me l haven't a claim as its different from a bank charge.
So dissapointed as l was hoping for a good xmas but that's not going to happen now.
Anything l can do now !
