Recently I received a CCJ for a debt of £1364 plus £205 fees.
I fully accepted the claim and sent of the forms with all the relevant information.
I offered to pay £40 per month.
I then received a judgement saying restons had objected my offer but the court agreed to my offer. The first payment to be received by 27th November 2015.
Today I've received another letter titled Notice of transfer of proceedings.
It's a one sentence letter and doesnt really say what's happening apart from that another letter will be sent with dates and place etc.
From what I've lightly researched I can assume that restons want more per month.
I am very nervous about the whole thing. I've tried ringing restons on numerous occasions but nearly always get through to the answering machine - one of the reasons it's gotten to the court stage! I tried ringing them to sort this before getting to the CCJ part but they never answered!
Anyway after all that my question is, what happens now? Do I need to prepare anything? Is there anything I need to be aware of? I've read some not so good things about these solicitors.
Thanks in advance for any help
