Hi all, I was hoping someone may able to help?

Recently I was awarded £8,000 from a former landlord, and the date for payment has now come and passed.

The debtor has made an Application to Vary Order, am I able to serve a Statutory Demand for Payment whilst this is being processed?

I know that where a Warrant of Control has been granted this is normally stayed when an AtVO is made, but am I right in thinking payment/enforcement of the order (ie the AtVO) and insolvency proceedings (ie the SDfP) can "run" simultaneously?

    Many thanks,

    J
