Struggling with debt isn't always easy. Many people from all walks of lives turn to Internet forums for advice.
How reliable is the advice you get and who actually owns the forums?
Not to blow our own drumpet but Legal Beagles is probaby the best. Not as big as the Consumer Action Group (CAG) but big enough to have contributors with sound knowledge. Also, one of the partners works in legal field and others are well on the ball.
Then you have CAG. Very big with some good contributors. How you get on them is down to your luck, however.
Then there's Martin Lewis and the Money Saving Expert. As the name suggests, they help people to save money, not to deal with their debts though occasionally you see debt-related discussion.
Finally, we have getoutofdebtfree. Advice on their site is rather dangerous and you got a lot of explaining to do if you end up in court. Some fun template letters, however, if you choose not to take them seriously.
