IG EUR/CHF fiasco, January 2015

Further to a thread from an LB member who got caught out by this, I have now looked into the issue further.

It looks like all were not as it should have been at IG on 15 January 2015:

Whilst the end result is anyone's guess, this may give some hope to those who lost - quite literally everything including their shirts - in a matter of seconds.

Having said that, anyone who happened to bet other way round i.e. betting CHF to rise against euro made a fortune on that day!
