Okay so I received a letter from train2game saying they have cancelled my course and paid any money that is owed back to the finance company. They are not allowing me to have a refund though but I guess a cancellation is better than nothing!!!

just to cancel the course and not get your money back?
how much have you paid into the course so far?

I guess, getting a refund would also be great. I think I am more relief as I'm not stuck in that contract anymore!

I paid probably just under £1000 which is what I last worked it out as

Send a copy of that letter to the finance company as well, and keep a record of it.... and well done xx

Okay I will do, umm I guess it was more just keep getting on at them as they seemed quite annoyed in the response. Obviously from what is said in the letter I cannot share with anyone as it would be a breach of contract.

Have they put a confidentiality clause in the letter ?

Make sure you send a copy to the finance company with a covering letter stating you understand your account is now closed and no further monies are owed.

They have put a confidential clause in the letter. And that the contract written is non-negotiable

i can bet they said something along the letter of letter that it was their gesture in goodwill to cancel the course for you.

£1000 is not a bad lost.

doesn't matter anyway if you post the document.
You can always change the name with photoshop, or edit it out.
cuz once it flows on internet, T2G cannot trace source of origin.
and you can post any document of T2G from internet and T2G cannot take you to court because they have no proof if the letter you posted online was yours or someone else.

Yeah pretty much. That's all they said and gave me a contract to follow if I accept.

The final letter me sending was just pretty much me saying over and over everything I said in previous letters and then talking about how all the schools are connected and they are lying to me about this to me. Which I don't think they could be bothered with keep arguing. So they sent all the money back over what I owed.

I suppose I could put up what they are asking on me in the contract. As they can't find any proof of it being me at all.

ok FoS replied back to me
telling me my complaint is for Clydesdale Financial Services limited (trading as Barclays Partner Finance)
are these people really that naive and stupid!?

T2G is lying to them telling them the people i should be complaining to are Clydesdale. these guys are not even linked to T2G or MIS!

best thing i will do next week is to call them!
the guy handling my case now...either is supporting T2G or really that stupid to put another company down!
i don't even think he read my in-depth complaint, don't think the other guy passed it on.

I will be able to find it later once I get home there's just several different addresses and it gets annoying and hard to find the correct one
