I'm not sure you would get a CFA with a solicitor after filing the claim. You have had the case allocated to small claims which means you must have received the other side's defence? Any chance you can post that up, along with your claim particulars, and then we'll have an idea of whether you can see this through yourself.

I also assume you have already completed the Directions Questionnaire ?

And do you actually have a dedicated thread for your claim ? If not we should get one put together with all the relevant docs on so you can be helped through this.

Okay. If they don't you should be able to get a copy from the court. Always keep copies of everything you send during a complaint and court process.
Lots of people could benefit from getting a decent court judgment against T2G & Marlbrough in the bag.

To start with posting up the Defence you have received from Marlborough would be very useful while you wait for a copy of your claim. Do you remember if you posted on here a copy of what you sent ?
And have you already had a Directions Questionnaire ?

damn p*cks!

so that means everyone else who wants to file a complaint will have to do it with their legal financial provider.

On CF4TS xino - have a look here http://legalbeagles.info/forums/show...t-Licence-Info

sloane82 CDF are allowed still to collect on loans agreed pre June 2014 ( as I recall) but not enter new ones. Are you suing them under section 75 or directly as misselling the loan ? (I haven't seen your POC so difficult to know what grounds you have made the claim on)

CDF can't enter into new agreements for loans no. Only collect on agreements entered into pre June 2014
Limited to exercising RCA before 1 June 2014
It isn't CDF who sold you the course though - that was Train2Game / Marlborough / Metropolitan ( I dont recall who your course was with ). So if you are suing CDF it would have to be under section 75 as jointly liable.
