Hi Guys,
Yesterday i applied for a littlewoods catalogue. This was declined due to my credit being poor.
Then the same day i received an email from Littlewoods saying :
Dear Mr S,
Thank you for requesting a Littlewoods Shopping Account from Littlewoods.
We've identified that you are already a customer with Littlewoods and have reopened your Littlewoods Shopping Account.
Your Customer Account Number is: 97+++++++. Please remember to quote this if you contact us by phone. When you visit us online you can use either your account number or your email address (together with your password) to log on and enjoy the benefits of shopping online with Littlewoods.

Any hows when i signed into this account it was my wifes account in HER name (not a joint account) They have changed her details on this account to mine.. I have access to everything shes purchased including my suprise Christmas present. As u can imagine shes not happy...
I have access to all her statements ( Which are still in her name)
Advice would be greatly appreciated..
FURTHERMORE: She cant log onto HER account using her details..
