  • Lloyds debt and covid

Good afternoon members thankyou so much for reading my post.

In short Last year I lost my job due to covid 19 then caught it shortly after since then I've been out of work and struggling financially, I've been off work and struggling with my mental health and what I can only describe as long covid when I originally lost my job I contacted Lloyds regarding my loan and credit card,5 pages in all with expen they were very understanding and I contributed a few pounds every month towards my debt, after several months they decided to close my account as my circumstances didn't change its been several months and today I have received a large letter from the recoveries priority team there are about 5 pages in all with expenditure forms and a doctors medical evidence questionnaire, I'm not really sure what my options are at the moment so just thinking before I act, it does say that if I don't get in touch they will send me a statement every month. Would love to hear some guidance. thankyou all
