Hi, my wife has recently been getting letters and phone calls from Lowells and BPO regarding an old O2 account. The account was terminated fair and square at the end of the contract period in November 2012, then out of the blue she has started getting letters and phone calls from the above. Have tried to speak to O2 and they claim the contract was terminated a month earlier than should of been, but have never received any letters from them requesting payment. Will no longer discuss account as they have sold it on?
BPO have been ringing but can't tell us anymore than it is an O2 debt and will try and furnish us with more information.
How ow long should we wait for this information as suddenly a default has appeared on my wife's credit file from Lowells? Forgot to mention the amount due allegedly is £36.28.
any hep or advice to deal with these people would be appreciated.
