I have received a letter from them this morning, not the first offering to derduct some of my debt if i pay partial payment by 3rd August
This debt is on my credit report as having a CCJ against me at Northampton in August 2008, the debt is from1996
Others on my credit report are from 1998, 2004,2005
Some say in default, some say closed, does this mean these are all statute barred,
A;lso i have been told that if you cant get £250 credit,a Baillff cant take anything from you
The last question is just a query,
