Had a letter from our mortgage provider today regarding a possible breach of identity
They say a company called Financial Repayment Solutions Ltd.,have tried to contact customers and any data obtained is limited to customer title, initials surname phone numbers initial amount and completion date.
They are taking this seriously as it seems this company has tried to get customers to reveal further information and they are (FRS) not authorized by the Ministry of Justice.
We have not been contact and would never give this information to any cold callers but has any one else had similar letters and re SRS another to add to your list?
