As a new member and having browsed with interest the forums on Cabot, it struck me that there was a few people mentioning that Cabot would appear to be using "copied" letterheads from the financial instutions that they claim they have bought a debt from.
I noticed and felt that when they first contacted me, nearly 6 years ago. My question is, is that legal? Especially if they then claim to have no other documents. Is this not a fraud?
