Order to Add Cost to the Original Judgement Debt

I have an original judgement against someone who appealed and lost and court ordered them to pay an additional cost amount.

The baillif said they can't enforce the new cost order only the original debt unless the court orders explicitly that the new cost order has to be added to "the original judgement debt".

Please advice which application forms should I fill in to add the second order to the first order judgement debt! and what fees should I pay?
