If anyone has a Vanquis card I noticed on my staatement received last week interest charged (even though it's paid in full every month). They said that if you use the card in the week building up to the billing date they will charge you interest but this time would waive it as a goodwill gesture.
They also charged £1 for something else totally irrelevant which as soon as I questioned it they said would never appear again on my statement (this was my first one!).
If anyone else has a Vanquis card check and see if these are being applied to you, it's only a small amount of money, but a small amount adds up!
