Ive been following the recent bank errors regarding loan statements and the required information under the CCA that they are to contain. Is it ok for the statements to not include the required information if they have actually state on the second sheet that there are details missing that i am entitled to and to get in touch if you want them?
There were three things missing on my statements: original amount, date account opened and duration of agreement.
Bit confused.
