  • how to get a default notice removed

I bought a car in HP, car which was not new 67000 miles.

I had problems with the car within few month but still invested time and money until 18 month down the line the car broke down for good. I did took an insurance for tare and Ware. The insurance rejected the claim with no valid ground, assessment on the car damage had been made by car manufacturer garage.

I contacted the finance company which advise two possibilities
    1. fix the car at a cost £2750
    2. give up the car (no cost mentioned)

Within few weeks I received invoice for over £4000.

Since then I have been fighting the payment request but no real hear, the finance company telling me they follow the rules, Ombudsman once matter brought to them will offer solution but down to the parties to accept and Credit agency for which I pay a monthly fee to help still do what the companies tell them to do, that is extortion

I know for a fact that i am in my right but don't know how to get heard and make things moved. their default notice is now damaging my credit history and it looks like I will have to leave with it. too easy for them they say it gets apply and no one question it.

any one welling to help getting me in the right direction to stop them chartering my possible financial and others
